Phases 2 and 3 will comprise ‘islands’ of three and seven houses respectively.

 

The gradient of the land means that all of the houses have lovely open views across the almond orchards towards the sea.

 

Each house will have its own spacious private garden, with individual plots ranging from 600 sq m to 1,000 sq m. Neighbouring plots can be joined if desired.
